ア　英国在住者を含む日本からの渡航者（一部の免除対象者を除く。）がイングランドに到着する場合、旅行を開始する日の3日前以降における新型コロナウイルス検査の受検と、渡航前及び到着時における陰性証明書の提示が義務付けられる。陰性証明書を提示できない場合、渡航手段の利用を拒否される場合がある。

　また、事前にオンラインで連絡先等をフォームに登録（入国48時間前以降登録可能）の上、入国時に提示する必要がある。
加えて、上記渡航者（一部の免除対象者を除く。）は、10日間の自己隔離のほか、入国原則2日目と8日目の検査（自費）の受検が求められる。上記オンライン登録前に検査パッケージの予約を行い、予約番号をフォームに記入する必要がある。
なお、入国から5日間経過以降、任意で検査を受けて陰性だった場合に、自己隔離を終了できる制度を選択可能。
