同機関は米国民はもとより、他国民への重大な健康被害を及ぼす病気への監督やそれへの対応を助言する米国政府傘下機関、その機関が、米国民が海外へ旅行するに健康に留意する基準を発出（トラベル・ノーティス）していますが、日本への旅行は1番ヤバイとしている「特別な事情がない限りに行くな」国の次のレベルに行くなの国に今もって認定しています事実

Key Information for Travelers to Japan

  • Get up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines before traveling to Japan.
  • If you are not up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines and may have difficulty accessing health care during travel, avoid travel to Japan.
  • Even if you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines, you may still be at risk for getting and spreading COVID-19.
  • Anyone 2 years or older should properly wear a high-quality mask in indoor public spaces.
  • If you have a weakened immune system or are at increased risk for severe disease, even if you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines, talk with your clinician about your risk, and consider delaying travel to Japan.
  • Follow all requirements and recommendations in Japan.
