日本の旅館でのお食事の楽しみ方が大いに変容した感です、お部屋食での、あさげのひと時や、ゆうげのひと時をゆったりと寛いで楽しむ旅館が少なくなって来ています、人手不足で配膳する人がいないからだ、旅館としてはバイキングスタイルでの食事を提供すれば、お客が食堂に来てくれて勝手に食べてくれるから効率がいい、しかし、食事する場所は押し合いへし合いで、げんなりだ、団体客も個人客も同じ様に受け入れている旅館は、昔ながらの旅館ならではの食事の風情を楽しむことができない

以下、イギリスの３星レスランでの朝食の話題です、日本の宿泊施設も近い将来そうなるかも

イギリスの大衆紙ザ・ミラーの報道で笑いました、2023年3月の報道ですが、イギリスの中央部スタッフォードシャー州の３つ星ホテル『オールトン・タワーズ』で提供された朝食について・・・ダンボールの様な箱状の中には、目玉焼きやベーコン、ソーセージから油だ流れ出ている、見るのが悍ましい

When it comes to cooked breakfasts, everyone has an opinion on the subject, whether that be regarding the crispiness of the bacon, or the inclusion of the often divisive black pudding. Sometimes, however, a fry-up proves so controversial, it ends up uniting foodies in shared dismay and disbelief.

One recent cooked breakfast, which was allegedly served at the Alton Towers Theme Park Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent, has been branded a ‘travesty’ by some horror-stricken full English fans, many of whom have taken particular issue with the mug filled with baked beans.

Served in a cardboard takeaway container, the room service breakfast also included a few rashers of bacon, two sausages, a fried egg, and a hash brown, but not everybody has been left smacking their lips.
